The deductible is $350.00 per visit to a repair facility for warrantable failure(s). The deductible is a per visit charge, not per repair, so you can have multiple warranted repairs in a single visit and only be charged the deductible once. The deductible is charged at the time of service.
Yes, you may purchase the extended warranty prior to your factory warranty expiring. This will ensure you have no lapse in coverage, and your new extended warranty will start right when your original warranty ends.
Yes, the extended warranty program coverage can be applied to a vehicle that no longer has factory coverage, provided the vehicle meets all program requirements and passes the mechanical inspection.
Yes, as part of the acceptance process, all vehicles must pass the mechanical inspection. There are no exceptions for any vehicles, even those that may currently have factory warranty coverage.
The extended warranty coverage is instant once purchased. Your Mack or Volvo dealer processes the program right on the OEM-certified website and it is active once the dealer selects “PURCHASE”. If you still have original warranty coverage, this extended warranty program will start when the original warranty ends so you have no lapse in coverage.
Yes, we have finance options available to support the expense of the extended warranty coverage if you are covering multiple vehicles at one time. We have lenders that will provide an unsecured capital loan, but it will differ depending on the credit history, amount of coverage and term.
