Mack North American Dealer of the Year

Bergey’s Truck Centers has been named the 2020 North American Mack Dealer of the Year. The announcement was made Tuesday, February 9^th, during Mack’s annual dealer meeting which was held virtually.

Mack presents the Dealer of the Year awards to dealers that exceed business targets for sales, parts, service and leasing, as well as those that continue to grow the business and score highly among customers for satisfaction.

“We’re delighted to recognize Bergey’s Truck Centers in Pennsauken as Mack Trucks North American Dealer of the Year,” said Jonathan Randall, Mack Trucks senior vice president of North American sales and commercial operations.

“The Bergey’s team grew its market share, made investments to improve customer support and has strongly supported the rollout of the Mack® MD Series. Bergey’s Truck Centers’ strong performance on behalf of their customers and the Mack brand rightfully earned them this distinction, and we look forward to an equally successful 2021.”.

Bergey’s Truck Centers has received the regional dealer of the year award several times, however this is the first time to be recognized as the North American Dealer of the Year.

“What makes this so humbling is the fact that it is based on Mack metrics directly tied to parts, service, leasing, used and new truck sales versus our dealer peers. I want to thank every team member who contributed to this success. This award is even more special due to the fact that we achieved great results despite the tremendous headwinds caused by COVID. Our team stayed focused on “Keeping Customers on the Road” in the midst of hardship and this award is a result of that dedication.”
