How do I request access to PartsASIST?

Simply fill out the enrollment form by clicking here. Enrollment is fast and easy for anyone who has access to the Trucks Customer Portal from Mack and Volvo Trucks. If you do not have access to the Trucks Customer Portal, Bergey’s Truck Centers will request access on your behalf. If you are unsure if you have access, Bergey’s Truck Centers will take the steps to get you started as quick as possible.

Once I have access to PartsASIST, how do I keep my VIN list current?

Log into Trucks Customer Portal and complete the Fleet Impact Maintenance Form.

Why can’t I see all of my VINS listed?

We currently maintain build specs for Mack and Volvo Trucks. We also recommend using our All-Makes catalog to search for a variety of products that will fit your needs. We maintain a robust VIN database supporting vehicles dating back to 2007 for Volvo and 2010 for Mack. Older models may not be visible with this tool.

What information is in the All Makes Catalog?

The All Makes Catalog contains thousands of parts from all of the heavy-duty aftermarket suppliers, which are categorized by product type. The All Makes Catalog allows users to narrow down their search by using product attribute filters to find the part they need quickly and easily.

What Suppliers are in the All Makes Catalog?

Every supplier available to the aftermarket through Mack and Volvo Trucks is available in the All Makes Catalog. Examples of suppliers would be: Road Choice, Meritor, Bendix, Accuride, Haldex, Gunite, Webb Wheel, Pana Pacific, Fleetguard, Donaldson Filtration, Red Dot, Atro, Donovan, TRW Commercial Steering, JOST Fifth Wheels, Fontaine, Holland, Stemco, Horton, Spicer, SKF, Timken, NTN Bower, MGM Brakes, Exide, Delco Remy, Truck Lite, Grote, Prestone, Chevron, Mobil, CRC Industries, Bostrom, Betts, Sears Seating, Hendrickson.

What information is in the Genuine Catalog?

The Genuine Catalog is available to owners of Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks. If you own Mack and/or Volvo and do not have visibility, please refer to previous FAQ, “how do I keep my VIN list current?” Owners of other truck brands are encouraged to order using our All-Makes Catalog.

How do I purchase parts from PartsASIST?

Once we have authorized your account set-up, simply login and begin shopping using the search functionalities or any of our integrated catalogs.

I already have established pricing with Bergey’s Truck Centers. Will my pricing be reflected in PartsASIST?

Yes, customers with established pricing will receive the same pricing in PartsASIST as you would at one of our Parts Departments.

What is Request for Quote (RFQ) and how does that work?

There are hundreds of thousands of part numbers. In the event that Bergey’s does not recognize your part number, you may still place an RFQ for the item. Bergey’s will then add the part number into our inventory, or provide an alternative part number using the RFQ process. Items in an RFQ will display list price until Bergey’s sends the quote back to you. The returned quote from Bergey’s will show your established pricing.

I am a FleetPREFERRED Customer. Is this integrated into PartsASIST?

Yes. FleetPREFERRED customers will receive their national pricing through PartsASIST. RFQ items for FleetPREFERRED customers will also show their established pricing at the point of RFQ. For more on RFQ’s, please see What is Request for Quote (RFQ) and how does it work?

Can PartsASIST be set up to require a purchase order?

Yes

How do I sign up multiple individuals in my company for PartsASIST?

Once you have the initial login (typically the fleet manager), you can provide access to any other individuals at the fleet as long as they have access to Trucks Customer Portal. If they do not have access, you can fill out Fleet Impact Maintenance Form.
