Customer Service: At Bergey’s Truck Centers, our goal of Keeping Customers on the Road is the foundation of our approach to Customer Service. Treating Customers the way we want to be treated is the framework that Norman Bergey started over 90 years ago. And during that time, we have tried our best to make sure that we found new ways to deliver on that promise.

So we are proud to introduce TRUCK TALK, our new online web chat feature on www.bergeystruckcenters.com/ttalk!

TRUCK TALK connects our Customers to our Parts Departments in Pennsylvania and New Jersey using a simple to use interface via web chat. Our Parts Representatives will be standing by to handle any request you may have with the same level of service that you would expect from Bergey’s Truck Centers!

With TRUCK TALK you can:

  • Chat with one of our Parts Professionals for any parts request (pricing, availability, technical help, promotions).
  • Upload an image of the part you are looking for by selecting the paperclip icon to the right of your text box.

  • Download files supplied by our Parts Professionals directly from the TRUCK TALK chat window.
  • Save a copy of the TRUCK TALK transcript by selecting the options icon and then
    send-transcript
  • Support Tickets with real time updates via email allow Customers to stay up to date on requests requiring additional research
